Mr. Bidur Timalsena has more than 15 years (between 2003 and 2020) of professional work experience in National and International Non-Government Organizations. Designing, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of public infrastructure and livelihood projects are the main responsibilities with more than 5 years work experience on Humanitarian aid.
